What is Our Cancellation & No Show Policy?
-Cancellations & reschedules that occur 24 hours before appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the service scheduled.
-Clients that fail to show or miss the appointment will be charged a "No Show" fee, which is 100% of the original cost of the scheduled service.
Due to health regulations, only products that have been unopened and unused can be returned. Unfortunately a refund cannot be given for any reason relating to product effect or compatibility. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original receipt within 30 days of purchase.
If you are curious about trying a product before purchasing, ask for a sample and one will be provided!
